BES Reconciliation Problem
Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot reconciliation problems with BES v5.0.
Some users e-mails are not being reconciled with our Exchange 2007 server. A reload and reactivation of the phone seems to solve the problem for that user. But there have been quite a few users reporting the problem.
