but I'm able to receiving emails to the same group from users which are in the same exchange  also the others groups which are already created  are able receiving emails from in/outside without any problem.
I don't know my way for adding groups are right or wrong way ,In order to add new group

1. from AD right click on distribution group and > new group and select |Distribution | Global|
2. now from exchange right click on Distribution Group and click on New Distribution Group then click next and select existing group then i select the group which I had created on AD
but one thing I would like to mention it which is from the list of selecting existing group i found the others group type is "Universal SecurityEnabled" but my group which i recently added  is only universal with out securityenabled

You need to allow non-authenticated email to be routed via the distribution group.

In the properties of the group in Exchange Management Console, go to 'Mail Flow Settings', 'Message Delivery Restrictions', Properties and uncheck the 'require that all senders are authenticated' checkbox.

This will allow the group to receive mail from external sources.
