How is the trust set up between your two domains?

Direction of trust:Two-way: Users in the local domain can authenticate in the specified domain and users in the specified domain can authenticate in the local domain. <br />
Tranitivity of Trust: This trust is forest transitive. &nbsp;Users from indirectly trusted domains within the enterprise may authenticate in the trusting enterprise.<br />
It has been verified from both PDC's.

I am trying to add my users from my original Windows Server 2003 Domain to a new WIndows Server 2008 R2 64 server (not the PDC of the Domain) to both the Remote Desktop Users Group as well as to shares. If i try and do a search of the trusted domain (which shows up in the Location Field) i get a message in the search results that says &quot;&nbsp;THe followinf error prevented the display of any items: &nbsp;The server is not operational.&quot;
