Removable Storage Manager Missing from Server Features

I attempted to download the NT restore utility to a Windows 2008 web server with SP1.  It will not install without Removable Storage Manager turned on or installed.  I am unable to find this under server manager->features to turn on.

Is there a place I need to go to download or install this feature?

maybe that is not available as a feature in windows 2008 web server edition not sure because the same is available as a feature in standard and enterprise edition.

can you confirm if you have "windows backup" feature and verify if this is listed under that feature

There is a Windows backup, it will not recognize an NT Backup file as a legitimate source for  file restore.

what mean to say was if the "windows backup" feature had the "RSM" included within it. not sure if this is missing in windows 2008 web server

can you try installing the feature from the power shell command propmt

ServerManagerCmd.exe -install Removable-Storage -resultPath C:\installResult.xml

and update if the same is getting installed.
