Print spooler stopping

Print spooler keeps stopping.
The user has a Dell Laser Printer 1710n and connected directly on his local workstation via USB.
The services show unknown characters as the description for Print Spooler.

    To quote from the link given below:

    If the Print Spooler service fails when printing, when Windows starts or it can not be restarted, the usual reason is that one or more printer drivers is defective.

    You may have a virus or malware. Run a scan with Malwarebytes in safe mode.

    Scanned for virus and malware and came up nothing.
    Also remove the driver completely. Download and installed an updated driver for the printer.
    The issue is still occurring.
