I have a new PC running Windows 7. It is a 64bit AMD HP with quad core processor.<br />

I installed visual studio 2008 and visual studio 2008 SP1. I'm trying to install WPF toolkit but when i try to install it it gives me a message to install .net framework 3.5 SP1.<br />

When i try to install .net framework 3.5 SP1 i get a message that says i need to &quot;Turn Windows features on or off&quot;<br />
<br />
So i go in control panel and Programs and then in the Turn Windows features on or off menu i check the checkbox under Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 &nbsp; as shown in the image attached.<br />
<br />
I'm still getting the message that says &quot;turn windows windows on or off&quot; &nbsp;even after I check all the boxes as shown in the image.<br />
<br />
Can anyone help on why I can't install .net framework 3.5 sp1?<br />
