Domain controller is Windows SBS 2008 server with Exchange 2007 pre-installed. Workstations are Outlook 2007.

User is confronted with repeated login screen when Outlook 2007 is opened. Repeated user/pwd entree does not remove the constant login popup screen. Plus, when clicking on send and receive button in Outlook 2007 it does not update the User email account.

Any ideas??

First thing to do is make sure you have at least Rollup 9 installed for Exchange 2007

Then the following 2 websites provide solutions to the above.
I have had mixed comments some say the first work and some say the second work:

Thanks for the input demazter. This SBS 2008 server has all critical Windows updates installed. Would not Rollup 9 be installed with these? Do you know how to check if Rollup 9 is already installed?

You can check if rollup 9 is installed by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features then click show updates.

If it's installed it will be listed there.
