owa 2003 and rtf attachments

Hi,

can anyone tell me the fix to open rtf extensions via outlook web access 2003. We have exchange 2003 enterprise and I am using xp client.

When I try open in xp I get the following:

Attachment Blocked

You do not have the permissions required to open or download e-mail attachments from this computer. Contact your server administrator for details about your user permissions.

in Exchange system manager under global settings go to properties of internet message format and you will see list of formats add rtf .restart IIS and then again try to download rtf attachment.
