For weavy line, you can make a custom brush or pattern, then use in repeat settings
For dotted line, draw a path using pen tool, then file it with dotted brush.

For the wavy lines, draw a line and apply a zig zag effect from effect pull down menu, under "distort and transform". There are some options there that will help you change the way the wavy line works. Also check out this tutorial:

For dotted lines, you can use the "Stroke" palette in illustrator. Check the "dashed line" option in the stroke palette. Then you fill in quantities for the "dash" and "gap" that fulfill your design needs.

Hope that helps.

You forgot to tell Madkhal to change the stroke from "butt cap" (the default) to "round cap" in Illustrator in order to change a dashed line to a dotted line.  Dots are created by setting the "dash" setting to or near the weight i.e.  to make a 10 pt dotted line, set the stroke to "round cap" and set the dash to 10, the gap then determines how far apart the dots are.

Making a line that combines dots and dashes is a little bit trickier in Illustrator. You have to stack one line on top of another, setting the gap of one with rounded caps, to allow room for the dots of the other with butt caps.
