Have server reply using a specific message rule issue

Hi
I am setting up a server side rule in Outlook 'have the server reply using specific message' it works but it will only send back about 14 lines of text - is there a limit to the amount or size of the reply message?
Thanks
Andrew

I tested this in the lab. I was able to "have server reply using <message>" of any lenght without issue.

Can you tell us more about the situational conditions re your issue?
* what is the format of the (reply using) message you are using - html, plain text, rich text?
* are you using Word as the editor within Outlook when creating the message?
* does the (reply using) message have breaks in it, or is it a single line of text? in otherwords, are you pressing Enter every now and again when composing the message? Exchange doesn't like really long-string messages and will cut the message off in transition.
* does the message cut off in the preview pane but not when you open the message in its own window?

Hi
I have tried with HTML and rich text - no i am not using word as the editor, the reply has loads of breaks, underlines etc, the message appears fine when pasted into the email.

Thanks

Hi - I have fixed the issue, it was something local to the PC or the outlook profile because i logged on to a different PC and setup the 'have the server reply using specific message' and the full text is now sent to people that email.
