Aspnet mvc globalization

Hi Experts.

I'm building a prototype app in aspnet MVC (1). I need a fast easy way to convert all the static text in the site to another language. Given it's a prototype, I need to have scalability in the back of my mind, so a way that lends itself to rapid development ideas if any such exists.

Can someone please tell me briefly, the quickest way to do this I assume with resx files?? The site has 70-100 views/user controls displaying records. The records themselves will remain in whatever language they were typed in, so it's mainly headings, link text, nav bar and sundry output about states etc.

I'm asking because I need a bit of real-hand experience - best practice if you will.
