SCOM Agents never finish the installation

Good morning
After the discovery of server (in my case) I make the installation of scom agents but in the "pending management" still in a "installation in progress" but never finish.
I do a telnet, from a server, to port 5723 (RMS) and respond but not in the inverse way.
Theres no firewall (by GPO) applied on servers and the service is disable.
Even I do a local installation of scom agent in a server but it never appears in the RMS console.

Someone had any idea of this problem or had some similar case like to share the solution.

Just so I understand this
Is this a general problem or just one server that is giving you trouble
If you do a local installation of the scom agent, the server does not show up in the "Pending management" window ?
Also is the "system center management" service running on the server you installed the agent on?
Did you restart the server after the installation?

All the services are running (even in the server that I installed the agent). Not all the server heve been restarted but in the restarted servers there was no changes.

Are the servers and SCOM server on the same subnet, or is there some routing between the machines?
I presume you can ping in both directions?
