Virtualization on Dell DM061

My Dell Model is DM061 i try to make it virtual machin on my RHEL5, I get error message. when I log to BIOS, I don't see any option for virtulization. Does that mean I wan't be able to do any type of virtualization "kvm or Xen" on my system?. here is my system spec:

As far as I know, Xen should be possible to use even if your CPU doesn't have built in VT capabilities. But you'll only be able to virtualize non m$ OS's with Xen.

The best virtualization tool that doesn't require VT capable CPU's is VMware Server, and that is free too.
