Anything special needed for PoE on Cisco Wireless Access Points Aironet 1131AG

I was wondering if I need anything special for PoE with these access points, such as a power injector? Thanks.

If you have a PoE Switch and properly wired and terminated Cat 5E cable you should be fine.

Here is the data sheet on that switch.  It shows the 3 methods that can be used to power the switch.

If you have a PoE switch, then you shouldn't need any extra hardware, just enable PoE on the port you want to use if applicable.  If you don't have a PoE switch, then you'll need to use a power injector between the switch and the Access Point.  The Aironet might have come with one.  Just make sure you get it switch -> injector in -> injector out (with PoE) -> Aironet.  You can remote mount the injector wherever you have an extra power outlet in your server room.

I do see Cisco sells a power injector, I will have 3 of these AP's spread out, will I need to just purchase one injector or 3?
Thanks.

You'll need to purchase one injector per AP

It looks like Cisco recommends this part for your AP: AIR-PWRINJ3.  Looks like they are ~$40 on Amazon

but if you able to buy power adapter which is cheaper the injector,it is usable if there is a 230 or 100V plug close to the patch!

I need sheilded CAT5 right? If I make the wire can I just use regular cat 5 and buy metal sheilded ends?

You should be able to use UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) to make the cables.  http://www.wirelesslan.gr/product_info.php?cPath=48&products_id=787 has pinouts/info for Cisco devices.
