Counting results in Crystal Reports 11

I have a report built in Crystal Reports.  The field "Report_Group" has several possibilities.  I'm trying to use a formula field to count the number of times the data field = "Busies" to use within the report header.  I keep getting the error "There is an error in this formula.  A group condition is not allowed here."   Can anyone help?  I've attached the formula.
Count ({LU_Results.Result_ID},{LU_Results.Report_Group},"Busies" )

You have to  create a formula as follows

if({LU_Results.Result_ID} = "Busies")then
  1
else
  0

Then use the SUM of this formula where you want the count displayed
0
