Time difference in Outlook through Server 2008 Terminal Services

Posted on 2010-01-06

We recently implemented Terminal Services for our users to access MS Office. Our server is located in the Eastern Time Zone, but many of our users are in other time zones in the US. When using Outlook, the email time stamp as well as any appointments made in Calendar are reflecting EST rather than their local time.  Is there a way this can be corrected?

Take a look at this link, what you want is called time zone redirection - Hope it helps, I use this for our consultants abroad, so that in thier RDP sessions they see the local time that thier laptop shows, so when they change time zone, everything is still in local time zone for them
