Apache :Error:(70007)The timeout specified has expired: ap_content_length_filter: apr_bucket_

I have been reported a that my application was not accessible at a particular point and when I checked my logs there was an error mentioned below but I am not able to figure out whats going on?

Error:(70007)The timeout specified has expired: ap_content_length_filter: apr_bucket_
read() failed

    it could be timeout setting in httpd.conf so increase it

    Timeout:The option Timeout specifies the amount of time Apache will wait for a GET, POST, PUT request and ACKs on transmissions. You can safely leave this option on its default values.
