Are you only having trouble with Outlook, or all published apps?   Is the problem the same whether you connect via Web Interface or Network Neighborhood / Citrix Online Plug-in?    What client version(s) are you using?   Are all your users experiencing this or just a few?   How many Citrix servers, and is the problem on all of them?

Try this with one of your problem users/clients.   Login to the Desktop application first...briefly add this option for your problem user if they don't already have it.    Once you are logged into the Desktop, minimize this and start your problem application (Outlook?) from the Web Client or from PN as your normally would.     Does the problem go away or is is the same?
