BlackBerry Bold and Outlook 2007 Sync Issues

Every time I receive an email on my PC (Outlook 2007) it creates a Sync Issue in the Conflicts Folder. Then, if I delete any email from my PC it does not remove it from my BB Bold. However, if I receive and delete email using my BB Bold or Webmail (online) everything is in sync. Why do new emails have sync issues and why doesn't it remove from the BB when deleted from the PC? (I'm using BES through my work).

This happened to one of my BB user before. Below is the URL to the cause and fixes. Usually, its causes 1, 2, and 4 for my users.

Cause 4 was the answer. I did not have BlackBerry Desktop loaded. I deleted it when I stopped using manual sync via USB. Apparently, it is still needed to reconcile email even if I am using the BlackBerry Exchange Server through work. I reloaded 5.0, selected the reconcile button and now the reconcile works.
