Automatically replicate linked deployment shares in MDT 2010
Does anyone know how to replicate linked deployment shares on a schedule?
Have a look at the following blog

In my view point, the link provided was pretty good guidance for the issue. Its upto Mr.jaybird283 to decide whether it was of any use..

I dont think there is any in-buit feature available in MDT for the scheduled replication.
You may achive this by running scripted powershell scripts as windows "Task Scheduler". The powershell script can be taken from the Confirmation page of "Replicate Linked Deployment Shares Wizard" by clicking "View Script" button.
Good Luck,
