Can I change the default File As in Outlook 2007 for contacts

everytime i create a new contact it wants to file as: last name, first name
I want the default to be First Name, last name.
If i look in the account settings and then address book tab, it is set as show names by: first last.

In Outlook... tools, options and on the preferences tab click contact options. This is where you change that setting.
