If you have a current maintenance contract with Symantec, they will give you free support and are extremely good. &nbsp;Give them a call and let them resolve the issue for you.<br />
You can always manually download the latest release and install it. &nbsp;It may kick off the process again as it has done previously for a couple of my customers.<br />

We are running SEP 11 manager with over 200 clients. It has stopped updating virus definitions after Dec 31 r117. I can manully run updates from SEP client on the server and it goes well but still definitions stay at Dec 31. Restating all services did not help.<br />

What could be causing it? How does one updates virus definitions from within SEP mamager? Thanks.

SEP Manager has stopped getting AV updates after Dec 31st

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
