One of our client unable to send an email. Other people from the same organisaiton could send the email

xyzo'abc@abc.com His email address is
We are using Exchange 2007 and exchange 2003.  Exhcnage 2003 is the server which send and recieve email.  It has also symnatec mail security for exchange.

mail box is there on the recieving end.  email addresses and IP address is changed due to the security reason.

I will check it but when you are black listed you cannot send email to other people but you dont have problem in receiving emails.

This message is coming from our client.  Only this person is having problem in sending us email.  Rest of the people in his organisation does not have any problem.  However, he has ' in his email alias.  I have tried to put his email address in the white list in the symantec mail security as well.

I have an update is that when ever somebody send email who ' in his email get this error
for e.g.
abc'tony@abc.com The email will be rejected.  I m not sure if the symantec mail security rejecting or Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007.

Please any idea

I have tried to stop the Symantec mail security for Exchange and then test sending email from outside with a user has a ' in his email account

Do you think I need to enable something in the exchange server in order to receive this email address with '

Basically I need to know how to enable exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007 settings to accept message from outside with this kind email address
