"Turning off JUnit when no longer needed in Eclipse

I wrote a junit test that is running successfully and now I want to turn off JUnit in order to run my application.  However it is still running and I don't know how to disable it so that the test no longer runs.  Any solutions?

    To turn it off mark the class as Ignore with the @Ignore annotation
