SharePoint DataView webpart - Calendar Aggregation - How do i get clickable items in an Event based DVWP?

I have a custom calendar aggregation question.
I've got a custom DataViewWP that's returning and showing  custom Event content type items from various cross-site Calendars.. Thats all lovely... but I've no idea how to get the items in the DVWP to be clickable so it goes to its DispForm.aspx. I can't select the equivalent of [Title(linked to item with edit menu) or URL  Path or @FileDirRef - using SPD and i've no idea what crazy xslt may be required if i did it in the DVWP.

How do i get clickable items in an Event based DVWP?

You can go into the dataview webpart properties and I think its on the change layout screen where you can then select the various items and where they are displayed. You will want to leave display text to whatever it is set but then add the full HTTP address in the hyperlink field. I think you were on the right path but you are right you can't select it you will have to copy and paste the url in and then go back and change the text to display back to the variable that it was.

Not sure if this will help you out as I don't know if you converted from a list view or not. But another thing to try.
