Excel/VBA: Using VBA to control row groupings in Excel

Hi Experts,

I am using the grouping feature in Excel (Data>Group and Outline>Group) to group several roles in Excel.

Is there a way I can use VBA to ungroup multiple rows together rather than having to ungroup each row?

Thanks in advance
