Email enabled Distribution group not showing in GAL

I have a win2k3 server as the DC and an exchange 2k7 rollup9 server.  I have created universal distribution groups on both servers, updated the OAB via exchange mgt console, restarted system attendent and downloaded address book via outlook client.  The new distribution lists are not showing at all.  Some that I created yesterday are not showing as well.  Any ideas?

As Demazter says, check in OWA. It should appear there, as OWA looks at live data.

The fact that it shows in outlook 2003 & not 2007 says that there is something wrong with the web services or the oab has not been updated on the CAS. Restart the Exchange File Distribution Service on the CAS, this will update the OAB on the web distribution point.

In Outlook goto Send/receive and select address book then encheck the box to make sure it does a full download.

Then close outlook and re-open
