Click File >Import & Export > Export to a file > then chose .pst type
then select Personal Folders , make sure that you also select Include Sub Folders.
Then click NExt,
chose the location
and click save

then in 2007:
click File > Import & export > Import from Another program or file > chose .pst (Persnal File Folder)
then chose the location of the file

In Outlook 2003, go file > new > PST file and choose to make it compatible with Office 97-2002.
Then Export the original PST file to your desktop.
Then import this file into the 97-2002 PST file.
THEN you can export the 97-2002 PST file to the other computer, and import it there into Outlook 2000.
