ActiveX "InetCtls.Inet.1" not found?

Hi:
I have a program use OCX "InetCtls.Inet.1" in class property
I have this error message "the object is not found in this control"
How can get it please?
And what I have to do to play it?
please!

In the VBA IDE (Alt F11) reference Microsoft Internet Controls (tools > references).

yes; i have it with this name:
Microsoft Internet Transfer control 6.0(SP6)
but there is a word MISSING in front of it!
and when i try to open references i have error msg of missing MSINET.OCX
