 I am closing this question because it needs to be closed the problem was never solved however a work around was revealed. I am being asked to close the question and unfortunately I know no other way then to award points even in the event it did not resolve the issue. Thank You for your help

after the install of Itunes attachments come in to incredimail as itlp file extensions. They should be .eml files. Itunes has been removed through uninstall but still attachments are coming as .itlp files. I have sent this info to incredimail and I am waiting for a response,but thought I might be better served ask this question here as well. Obviously these files are not opening at all when .itlp is the file extension.
