Does anyone know if you can stop Exchange Webmail login from asking remote users if they want to remember their passwords?

This is an internet explorer setting not an Exchange setting.

This password remembrance is not handled by exchange server, but the end client machine/application.

Isnt that what i said in my first post?

It cannot be controlled by Exchange.  You should be using Forms based authentication with SSL and then you wouldnt get this login prompt and no check box to save passwords.

No, it wasn't the exact same message but your insight on using forms based authentication with SSL will hopefully resolve this.  Thanks for your input.
