Cannot upload large files to sharepoint server

I am trying to upload a 61MB file as both an attachment in a task and also into the document repository.Using both methods I get a strange error.  I did follow the tasks outlined below:

he default file upload size in SharePoint is 50 MB.  Sometimes, you may have users that need to upload documents that are larger.  This is quite easy to change.  Simply go to Central Administration -> Web Application General Settings.  Select the Web Application you want to change, and you will see a textbox to specify the maximum upload size.

I increased the file size to 500MB, then rebooted my server and it still doesn't work.  I will attach the screenshot showing the error

Obviously files smaller than 50MB work just fine.

How long does it take you to upload the file? Cause it might be that you are hitting a timeout.

between 7-11 seconds.  I am on the same switch as the server.
