We are currently a Dell Shop (Desktop/Laptop/Server) but this year we are going to look at other vendors listed in the title. How does HP or IBM compare in reference to enterprise level support and hardware reliabilty? I think Dell Gold support does an excellent job and I have no significant issues with hardware. I have seen some periodic issues with certain desktop models.
I would like to see what people have experienced in the last year or so with HP or IBM. Server service and reliability, Desktop/laptop reliability, etc.
