Deploy Citrix web plugin 11.2 via AD group policy?

I am trying to deploy the Citrix web plug-in 11.2 via group policy in a windows 2003 domain.  The issue I have is the packages only come in a EXE format, whereas they used to come in a MSI format as well.

When I extract the EXE with 7Zip, there are the following MSI files in the directory:

Also, in the list of extracted files is the following exe:

Also, the following files which I think might be meaningful to the deployment:

...and then there are a bunch of RTF documents for a EULA and some regional language XML and DLL files, and a few BMPs.

Has anyone successfully deployed this via group policy?    Please share your experience and solution if possible.  I have a whole bunch of stuff to deploy and this is one of them.  The rest of the packages I am dealing with are pretty straightforward...

I dont know if this is the same item you are trying to deploy but take a look here.

In the new CitrixOnlinePlugin(Full).exe setup, even after extracting the MSI files there is no easy way to deploy the MSI files through active directory.  The only solution is to script the install in the startup script.
