CDO and Mapi

where does the Mapi and the CDO need to be on the BES server as well as on the exchange server for both 2003 and 2007?

    "C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\cdo.dll" - CDO

    C;\Windows\System32 - MAPI

    For Exchange 2007 Install MAPICDO.EXE
