I'm trying to assign a new pin to an existing BB account on our BES server. &nbsp;When I first connected the device it found it and read the new pin. &nbsp;Then during the assign new device process it failed. &nbsp;When I've tried it again 4 times it doesn't find the device. &nbsp;I've moved it to another USB port and I've rebooted the server. &nbsp;When I plug it in to the usb port the server detects the new device but BES manager states there is no device. &nbsp;HELP
