why are buttons greyed out in ICA Client Configuration

Usually you will get that if there is a group policy in place or you don't have rights to change.
Is this on a partiular workstation? what setting is greyed out? Are you using PN agent?

I'm logging in as a domain admin.  All of the buttons in the utility are greyed out.  We are not using PN agent.
can you post a screen shot? What are you trying to change?
Just trying to add a new printer.  Can only do connect/disconnect for existing printers.  This is my first week working here, but coworkers said that this behavior just started recently.

Thanks.  What about for a thin client?
you can add the printers to the users Citrix profile (add printer while in Citix) or use Citrix policies to assisgn session based printers.
