My Buffalo Tera Station Pro keeps powering off, even though it is plugged into an uninterruptable power supply and none of the other devices plugged into this UPS power off.

What are some of the issues that might be causing this?

Bad power supply, most likely. Could also be overheating, or a bad motherboard, maybe even RAM. Are there any logs in the GUI that would tell you what's going on?
