How do I get the Copy Profile feature to work in Windows 7

Hi all, I have created a profile set it up with all the proper settings (desktop icons, power settings, pinnned taskbar items etc) and put the proper information in my answer file so that it gets copied over to the "default profile" however it doesn't seem to be working.  I followed the instructions in this previous posting  below however it still doesn't seem to be working

I've attached a sample of my unattend.xml file. Can someone help me out here? 500 points will be rewarded because I need this to be completed ASAP.
