Outlook is locking up and closing down when try to send or reply messages

outlook 2000 is locking up and closing when trying to send or reply emails. Its kicking out a error in the applicaton logs I have attached it.

    You can try deleting the profile and recreating but make sure it's backed up if ya do.

    Check this out too. Your issue might involve a certain add-in: pdfmoutlook

    Particular post to look at is highlighted green.

    I read the article and it dosent apply. I cant find the trusted under tools. Its not there. I think Im going to upgrade it to 2003 and see if that works. Unless you have any more suggestions. Thanks

    I definitely recommend upgrading. Outlook 2000 is quite a bit outdated. Outlook 2007 is very handy and has great features!

    If you wanna try the deleting and recreating of your profile.
    Go to Control Panel>Mail>Highlight your profile>Remove.
    Then just open up Outlook and it will recreate. Again, make sure you're backed up so you can restore old emails.

    I'd try a repair of Office and also make sure you have all updates to Office.
