I'm using outlook 2007, and no not using roaming profiles, as we are not connected to a domain. We are just using hosted exchange through Intermedia, which connect, I think through RPC over HTTP connection.

Profiles are stored locally in C:\Documents and Settings\&lt;user&gt;\Applicatio<wbr />n Data\Microsoft\Signatures<br />
You can make a copy of that directory and put it on a network share or change the permissions and share the directory itself. On the other computers you then copy the contents into the same local folder.<br />

Only issue with that is that the computers are not all on the same local network. Any way to facilitate this through the standard exchange sync mechanism?

How to sync outlook signature accross multiple computers
