I setup gmail on my wife's iphone 3gs, and whenever you hit reply or compose no keyboard shows up.  She is unable to create new messages or reply, everything else functions fine and the keyboard shows up.  She is able to receive new mail.

    Accepted Solution

Perform a power off reset. Press the fron and top buttons simultaneously. Then when the "power off" appears on the display, continue holding them down. Then after unit powers off completely, power it on again by the top button. See if that helps.
