Does your Sonicwall have port 25 open.  That would be SMTP port, if it is blocked you can't send outgoing mail.

Also port 465 for SSL should be open.

I did this,

I created another account with gmail and I was able to send from 1 of the 4 computers , this other new account is at another location , I could' not repply back , no errors, it just shows that the message has been sent. I tried to send from another computer to the new email address located outside the office and nothing it shows sent but nothing shows at the other end,

So when you use your Outlook to send email out you are using a GMail account to email another GMail account and the PC using the other GMail account doesn't download the message.  Is the message in the GMail inbox?  If it's not in the inbox at all that says that your PC sending the message can't send the message.  Is it stuck in the Outbox?  It should be if you have a connection error to connect to GMail.  If it's not in the Outbox then it should be in the GMail inbox, and you problem is not with sending but with downloading the new message.

Also did you turn on POP3 on the GMail account settings?

Are you trying to use only 1 GMail account with all 4 PC's in your office?

All the email were going to the spam folder,

How can I make outlook also pull the spam email???, what I did was I moved them to the inbox and then I can get them in outlook

It would probably be better to identify the From address (your sending email) as "Not Spam" in GMAIL.

Send one of you messages and when it's in the Spam folder on Gmail, check the box next to it and say "Not Spam" that should make it go into the Inbox.  Then your Outlooks will pull it down.
