We are often tasked to do 'network discoveries' to find out what servers / workstations / network devices are on a lan. &nbsp;Does anyone know of a tool that does this without having to install a client on the devices. &nbsp;It would be ideal if we could get OS processor and disk space info.. &nbsp;Free or paid would be fine.<br />

Tool to discover servers

Network analysis is the process of identifying and remediating the processes and systems within a network, including performance, connectivity and security.
