Distribution Group not working in Exchange 2007

I am running Exchange 2007.  I have created distribution  groups, for email.  They are Mail Enabled Universal Distribution groups.  When you email internally they work fine, however when you email from the outside they get bounced back and never delivered.

Can anyone provide insight why this would be happening?
