Visual studio 2008 menu problem

Hi guys.

I have a very strange propblem.

I have 2 computers with Visual Studio 2008 installed. It´s the same software, version, windows, service packs and so on.

But the Build menu is different. It´s the same VS website project I opens.
Please look at atracted images.

Maybe somewhere, sometime, somehow the preferences and toolbar are changed.
You can reset these back to default in both. Select View->Toolbars->Customize. In Toolbar tab select the Reset button to set back default toolbars settings.

hmm it dosen´t help. I cant even press f6 to compile..
