Create Outlook 2010 e-mail templates and integrate them onto the toolbar

The below URL details how to create email templates and integrate them onto the toolbar using outlook 2007 but how do I set this up with 2010. The templates are already created.

    Here is the correct answer:

    (A) Create an outlook template just like you used to do in Outlook 2007.
    (B) Create a new mail using form as in the screen shot attached.

    Forgot to mention, you may add the CHOOSE FORM option via customizing ribbon :)

    It doesnt appear to be possible to setup shortcuts to email templates in outlook 2010.
