Error      1      It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.      D:\test\Online Exam project\WebSite4\Web.Config      30

Right click to "My Comuter" Select Manage.
Then expend Services and ....
expand IIS, web sites, default web site respectivly.

Right click on your site name. Select Properties -- If you cannot see your site, create a new virtual directory.

You should see, Application name label, a disabled text box and a button with text: Create.

Click the button.

Two line below, select "Scripts Only" from the combobox.

Click Apply

If the problem continue,
select the folder  D:\test\Online Exam project\WebSite4
right click, select properties, from Security tab
give access for ASP.NET user and users user.
