Should be possible by creating a rule that checks messages after they are sent.

I think the common way would be that the director sets up delegate rights for her.

He can specify the rights that she has on his account to secure his privacy.
She is then able to open his mailbox additionally to her mailbox and do whatever he allowed.

never mind, i found it:
Start Microsoft Outlook
"      Step 2
Tools > Options
Open the TOOLS menu > select Options (usually near bottom)
"      Step 3
Options > Delegates
In the Options window, select the DELEGATES tab
"      Step 4
In the Delegates window, click the ADD button > select your coworker from the address book > click OK
"      Step 5
Delegate Permissions
In the Delegate Permission window, click the drop-down arrow next to the option for CALENDAR settings. They are as follows:
"None" - no access is given to your coworker
"Reviewer" - coworker can look at your calendar, but cannot change it
"Author" - coworker can only look at -and at to- your calendar
"Editor" - coworker can look at, add to, and modify existing items

**Remember, these settings apply only to the calendar. To give access to your inbox, contacts, etc., change the drop-down menu choice for those items as you did for your calendar.
"      Step 6

Meeting Requests Settings
After your coworker has been added as a Delegate for your calendar, select how the system will handle meeting requests sent TO YOU. There are 3 options:
"My delegates only, but send a copy..." - your coworker gets the original meeting request sent to you, but his/her response is CC'd to you.
"My delegates only" - they get and reply to meeting requests sent to you and your calendar is added according to whether or not they accept the request on your behalf. You will not see original meeting request or the response sent to the original sender.
"My delegates and me" - basically carbon copies your coworker on all meeting requests sent to you and you still receive and can reply.
