Active Directory pwd unlock reset - LDAP C#

after performing password reset in LDAP.. do we have to unlock also it to use it

    Yes, if the account has become locked in the process.

    This is my code.. will it work fine..
    or do i need to move the lockout to after setpassword...

    de.Properties["LockOutTime"].Value = 0x0000;

     de.Invoke("SetPassword", new object[] { newPassword });

    That should work fine in that order.
